My life has been about music and wood. I started playing the guitar when I was twelve years old and fell in love with it. In my twenties, I began working in wood as a carpenter, house builder, and cabinetmaker. About 15 years ago I began to merge these passions and became a luthier. I build guitars, both acoustic and resophonic, ukuleles, and some special stringed instruments of my own design.
